However, we inform you that your personal information may be shared for the internal purposes by KOTRA, such as cooperation with other departments and provision of information on similar events for the sake of business progress.

For service implementation, KOTRA can consign personal information processes to an external specialized company as follows. Consignment of personal information processing to the external company is limited to cases where its handling is necessary for individual services.

In order to ensure the security of personal information protection, KOTRA clearly stipulates a range of measures such as personal information direction observance, using secretive policies for information protection, prohibition on information disclosure to other 3rd party, assuming responsibility for mishandling of information, returning or destroying personal information when its purpose is met, and supervises consigned companies to handle personal information safely.
